When you signed up for CallJoy, you linked a gmail account. To sign in back in:
- Sign into that gmail account with which you signed up for CallJoy.
- Go to calljoy.area120.com and click "sign in".

Are you signed into the correct Google account?
If you've used your business account to sign up with CallJoy, make sure you're logged into that account instead of your personal account when you sign in to CallJoy. You can see what account you're currently signed into in the top right corner of the CallJoy app by clicking on the avatar photo. Likewise, you can visit this link to see what Google account you are signed into. If you can't remember which account you used to sign up for CallJoy, email email@example.com and we'll help you out.
Add your personal account to your Google My Business profile
Some CallJoy users have a separate business email account associated with their Google My Business profile. This might lead to some confusion when trying to sign in to their CallJoy account their personal email address. One way to fix this is to add your personal email address as a manager of your Google My Business profile. Here is more information on how to do this.
