Your headline metrics include total calls, ratio of calls answered, and textback click-thru rate. In addition, if we have any blog posts or additional information that can help you improve on any of these metrics, we will link to those and surface that information to you through the Insights page.
Your individual agent’s performance also gets a closer look. Now that your agent can greet your customers and respond to specific requests, the Insights page will provide details on how many customers were greeted and what requests were made.
Your Insights will also stack-rank your commonly used tags and tell you what area codes most of your calls are coming from. Check it out!
