CallJoy’s agent is more helpful and customizable than ever before. The agent will answer calls with your customized call greeting, followed by “How can I help you?” The agent will then respond to the caller based on the information you enter into CallJoy. For example, you could enter the trigger word “location” and then give CallJoy the address you want to agent to give customers. To read more about this, see How do I customize my agent?.
Multi-line call routing is now available. Your CallJoy agent can route calls to specific numbers based on who the caller would like to connect with. You can customize this in your call actions page. With the customizable agent and multi-line routing, it is easier than ever for your callers to say what they’re calling about and talk to the right person.
