Call Actions define what happens when someone calls your CallJoy phone number. By default, all incoming calls will be answered with a consent message. Then, the agent will ask, “In a few words, how may I help you?”.
You can then program your agent to do a variety of things: provide a spoken answer, offer to send a text message containing helpful business information, route the call to another phone number, or end the call.
